Classes are for over 18's only and please wear whatever you are comfy training in, we have people in shorts, tracky bottoms through to combat trousers- plus a t-shirt for up top- make sure it is stuff you don’t mind getting pulled around and dragged across the floor in!

Also bring a towel and some water/juice etc as you will get quite sweaty.

The format is generally some mobility work just to get the pulse slightly elevated and the body prepared, followed by dynamic stretching, into a re-warm (pad work and the like) and then into an intense anaerobic 8/10 minute workout to condition the body to be used to the similar effects of a fight/attack and also to help the student attain a powerful mind-set.

Techniques are then taught and we finish with a pressure test and warm down.

Private classes can be held at your own premises or at our purpose build Urban Krav Maga studio in Mayfield East Sussex. Ideal for one on one tuition or small group up to 6 people.

MMA Conditioning

We now have 6 independently qualified instructors with the martial arts and conditioning grounding to enable them to train clients like UFC fighters. Our instructors are able to teach and train individual clients of various abilities and fitness levels using MMA techniques and accompanying fitness drills to offer fun and challenging ways to increase clients’ muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular health including using skills from the following key martial disciplines:

•Muay Thai
•Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
•Greco-Roman Wrestling

All instructors have been tested and have had to demonstrate competent ability to teach and train a group using MMA techniques and accompanying fitness drills and vary a MMA Conditioning program on a session-by-session basis keeping their clients constantly interested and challenged.
